Responsibilities

  • Provide medical and technical information to healthcare providers and patients on client’s products, including dosage, formulation, contraindications, and side effects, via phone, email, internet, or mail
  • Respond accurately and professionally to inquiries, process fulfillments, and provide clinical trial information or after-hours on-call support
  • Analyze inquiries to formulate accurate, concise responses using client-approved resources and record interactions in databases per organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines
  • Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints according to guidelines, gather details (e.g., patient profile, symptoms, timing), forward to case processing team, and provide follow-up support
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of project/corporate policies, client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Work with internal/external client contacts (including management) to resolve complex inquiries, research medical literature, and draft responses
