Requirements
- Proven experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or food industry production environments, preferably within a cleanroom setting
- Experience working within a QMS and to cGMP
- Previous experience of managing a team
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in Kanban systems
Responsibilities
- Ensure all safety standards, key business drivers, and production needs are met
- Manage and troubleshoot production issues and communicate with stakeholders in operations and commercial
- Responsible for performance management (P4G) and development planning (D4G) for managed associates
- Lead and supervise a team of production operators within a cleanroom environment to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing processes
