Responsibilities

  • Lead/support clinical development of new drugs (diabetes/obesity/cardiovascular/renal areas) in collaboration with related departments throughout the drug lifecycle (early development, approval, launch, post-marketing)
  • Support clinical trial implementation, lead preparation of application documents, support pharmaceutical affairs
  • Lead relationship building with key opinion leaders (KOLs) through opinion gathering and information sharing
  • Lead close collaboration with US headquarters and overseas team members
  • Lead publication of scientific data
  • Lead pre-launch preparation activities (including environment setup) from a medical expert perspective
  • Respond to medical/scientific inquiries from external customers (answer creation, on-site explanations)
  • Conduct discussions with external customers (including KOLs) on the drug
  • Lead scientific evidence creation for the drug (e.g., real-world evidence)
  • Plan and implement medical education activities for external customers (e.g., planning/operating educational lectures, creating materials)
  • Plan and implement medical planning (e.g., advisory board meetings)
  • Formulate strategies for post-marketing product value enhancement
  • Support sales/marketing team's business activities, including medical review of marketing tools and collaboration on brand strategy creation
