Candidates must hold a Japanese medical license with over 5 years of clinical experience, specialize in diabetes internal medicine, endocrinology/metabolism, cardiology, etc., with 3+ years treating obesity, diabetes, or cardiovascular diseases. Additional requirements include paper writing experience, leadership to unite teams, smooth communication internally/externally, business-level English/Japanese, presentation skills, and strategic/logical thinking.
