Requirements

  • Deep experience designing and managing media systems, tools and workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs and system integration best practices
  • Hands-on experience in moderate coding and automation scripting
  • Demonstrated experience setting up AI frameworks or agentic systems within marketing or media environments
  • Advanced skills in dashboard creation, data visualisation and reporting
  • Proficiency with Excel, data connectors and other relevant analytics tools
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technical architecture solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build, connect and orchestrate the systems and tools that power media, data and operational delivery
  • Lead Deltax relationship and be the conduit between Song & DeltaX from a design, integration of planning, buying, reporting and analytics platforms into a unified ecosystem
  • Ensure seamless connectivity between tools through API design, python/moderate level coding, workflow automation and system interoperability
  • Design and implement scalable system architectures with an emphasis on automation and AI integration
  • Set up and maintain AI agentic systems that enhance efficiency, data flow and creative delivery
  • Evaluate and embed emerging technologies, ensuring systems remain future-ready and adaptable
  • Build dashboards, reporting layers and visualisation tools to make intelligence actionable across the organisation
  • Integrate first- and third-party data sources to support automated reporting and measurement
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity and governance across all connected systems
  • Partner with Analytics and Operations to design reporting workflows that scale
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand system requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance to product, media and operations teams to ensure best-practice system use
  • Lead the documentation and training for all tools, APIs and automation processes
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, problem-solving and reinvention across the tech stack
