Diploma in (elektro)mechanica or industriële wetenschappen
Preferably first work experience
Willingness to work in 3-shift system (alternating late-early-day)
Strong in communication and a real team player
Works planfully and qualitatively, following a weekly planning
Contributes to safety, order & tidiness, with necessary (self)discipline to follow agreements
Able to use PC to register all work in the maintenance package "SAP"
Thinks critically about efficiency, safety & quality and develops improvement proposals

Responsibilities

Solve, analyze and register malfunctions
Perform planned repairs
Determine "root cause" for repeated and/or major malfunctions (together with the team) and develop actions to prevent malfunctions
Preventive maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, calibrating, testing, etc
Assist in installing new machines, as well as preparatory activities (mainly related to utilities)
