Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (required and must be maintained in good standing)

Responsibilities
Oversee meat department operations, including preparation, cutting, packaging, and merchandising of fresh meat products following company guidelines
Oversee meat production process, including slicing, weighing, packaging, and labeling of meats, cheeses, and prepared foods while following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain inventory and merchandising excellence
Optimize financial performance through cost discipline, efficient task completion, and adherence to labor and supply goals
Support operational execution, product quality, and business performance without direct supervisory responsibilities
Enhance Member experience by guaranteeing service excellence, executing GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank), engaging Members friendly and helpfully, and addressing concerns promptly
Foster team member engagement by creating a safe and collaborative environment, celebrating contributions, and supporting team success
Maintain club standards, contribute to club goals, and perform daily responsibilities with accuracy and consistency to support key performance areas
