Understanding of meat selection and ability to cut special meat arrangements for Members

Skills in engaging Members, making recommendations, answering questions on meat, poultry, and seafood
Understanding of production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Adherence to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards (fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean; grand opening look daily)

Cuts, grinds, and/or processes fresh meats to company cutting standards
Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company packaging standards
Ensures the meat case showcases all currently available products and maintains appropriate inventory levels
Supports flawless execution, accountability, team collaboration, and delivery of GOLD club standards daily
