Knowledge of company cutting, packaging, weighing, and labeling standards for meat, poultry, and seafood
Ability to assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full service deli
Capability to prepare special meat cuts and arrangements for Members
Commitment to maintaining all sanitation and safety standards in the meat department
Understanding of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ability to carry out job functions as assigned, act with honesty and integrity, and escalate concerns appropriately
Skills in engaging Members, making recommendations, and answering questions on meat, poultry, and seafood
Familiarity with production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Adherence to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards for stocking, signage, cleanliness, and organization

Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats, including grinds
Assists in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full service deli
Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members
Cuts, grinds, and/or processes fresh meats to company cutting standards
Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company standards
Ensures the meat case showcases all currently available products and maintains appropriate inventory levels
Engages and provides assistance to Members by making recommendations and answering questions regarding meat, poultry, and seafood
Maintains all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department
Supports flawless execution, accountability, team collaboration, and delivery of GOLD club standards daily
Ensures a safe, positive environment, resolves member concerns, and works with speed, agility, and a positive attitude
