Knowledge of company cutting, packaging, and sanitation standards
Capability to assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full service deli
Ability to make special meat cuts and arrangements for members
Commitment to maintaining all sanitation and safety standards in the meat department

Engage and assist members by making recommendations and answering questions regarding meat, poultry, and seafood
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by members
Cut, grind, and/or process fresh meats to company cutting standards
Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company packaging standards
Showcase all currently available products in the meat case and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Fully stock meat, seafood, prepared foods, and cheese cases
Rotate meats, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses according to expiration dates
Follow guidelines for disposing of damaged and/or expired products
Clean and sanitize all equipment, display fixtures, and areas in the meat department, including meat cooler, freezer, and refrigerated display cases
Inspect and store meat upon delivery
Support GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards for stocking, signage, cleanliness, and organization
Carry out job functions as assigned, act with honesty and integrity, ensure a safe environment, and escalate concerns as appropriate
