Deliver GOLD club standards daily (Grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, clean and organized)
Understand production and financial performance reporting

Provide assistance to Members by answering questions on meats, poultry, and seafood; make product recommendations
Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood, including grinds
Assist meat cutter in packaging freshly cut meats and seafood; may grind hamburger meat
Inspect and store meat upon delivery, ensuring it meets company quality standards
Ensure meat, seafood, prepared foods, and cheese cases are fully stocked
Rotate meats, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses according to expiration dates
Follow guidelines for disposing of damaged/expired products
Receive and unpack meat, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses in cooler and freezer
Clean and sanitize all equipment, display fixtures, and areas in meat department (cooler, freezer, display cases)
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Assist in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses
Perform other duties as assigned
