Requirements

Ability to perform inspection and measuring activities on Molding, Stamping, and Assembly parts
Capability to coordinate spare part set-up inspections
Skill in providing timely feedback on abnormal quality during measuring
Proficiency in clearly identifying questionable materials after measurement
Competence in correctly recording inspection results
Knowledge to execute daily maintenance of measuring equipment
Ability to monitor all measuring equipment for validity periods
Adherence to Company EHS policies
Commitment to preventing waste materials and participating in water/electricity conservation and nature protection

Responsibilities

Perform inspection and measuring activity for Molding, Stamping, and Assembly part qualification
Coordinate spare part set-up inspection
Provide timely feedback on any abnormal quality during measuring
Clearly identify any questionable materials after measurement
Correctly record the inspection results
Execute daily maintenance of measuring equipment
Monitor all measuring equipment in the period of validity
Follow Company EHS policies
Prevent waste materials, participate in water and electricity conservation, and protect nature
Support engineer to prepare the measurement method/position for new projects
Support engineer to present measurement comparison at customer side
Support engineer to analyze product issues from GD&T
Prepare SPC and MSA for new projects
