Requirements

Candidates should possess any graduation degree and have 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Reporting & Governance, specifically in Reporting Analytics. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel formulas and the ability to create user-friendly Excel dashboards, is essential. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and basic VBA macro automation is required. Candidates should also have experience reporting contractual metrics and operational KPIs, demonstrate customer satisfaction through a managed service framework, and possess strong communication, organization, facilitation, collaboration, and adaptability skills, along with experience working in a heavily matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

The Measurement & Report Senior Analyst will be responsible for creating and publishing daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time. They will also create and design new dashboards and reports as required, deliver ad hoc reports, and find trends in data to identify anomalies and provide insights to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves automating reports to reduce manual efforts, connecting with stakeholders to drive governance around performance metrics, and potentially managing a team to drive performance.
