  • Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position
  • Advanced English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of engineering changes in coordination with the service center
  • Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement
  • Ensure the application and monitoring of changes according to the schedule and standard procedures for project development
  • Ensure good management of auxiliaries
  • Ensure a good connection with engineering / EOS / SAP / GSD-M / PFMEA’s system managers
  • Ensure the revision of PFMEA's for engineering changes and application of the required actions
  • Ensure the smooth running of customer audits
  • Ensure project management fairly with engineering changes also with the annual change model, while guaranteeing project performance
