Requirements

Candidates should possess a clinical background, such as a licensed nurse or similar, which will be beneficial for understanding and evaluating clinical records, and experience as a File Assessor or a similar role involving document review and data entry is a plus. Familiarity with completing federally mandated assessments (e.g., MDS assessments) is a plus but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities, along with being detail-oriented and focused on accuracy and compliance, are essential, as well as being technologically savvy and comfortable learning new software systems for remote access and record management.
