Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quota and growth targets across a diverse geography
  • Engage with NICU and Labor & Delivery leaders, Neonatologists, OB/GYNs, Perinatal Directors, and C-level Biomed/IT stakeholders
  • Drive competitive conversions and expand GEHC’s footprint in maternal and infant care technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Patient Monitoring PSS, Clinical Applications, Strategic Director, Enterprise Account Managers (ECS), and Service/Project Managers
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, leveraging clinical wins, strategic selling, and long-standing customer relationships
  • Navigate complex buying processes and align GEHC solutions to evolving maternal and neonatal care priorities
