Requirements

1-3 Years’ experience as Document Admin or Document Controller in a project organization
Familiar with Microsoft Office & Tools, Adobe Acrobat, and other publication software
Familiar with the ACI, ASTM, and any applicable standard
High school diploma required
Knowledge of material sampling, testing procedures, and quality control standards
Ability to track material logs, verify consistency, and monitor quality compliance
Authority to reject non-approved materials and address nonconformance issues
Coordination with field engineers, superintendents, and clients
Scheduling inspections, tracking certifications, and maintaining documentation
Addressing material-related issues and mitigating risks
Strong technical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and leadership

Responsibilities

Oversee material submittals and maintain the Material Log
Receive materials and keep the material receiving logs updated
Verify consistency in material quantities received and tracked
Reject or quarantine non-approved materials until further decisions are made
Supervise and provide guidance on material sampling and testing
Address issues or nonconformance related to materials
Ensure qualified personnel and resources are allocated for off-site inspection
Coordinate with QC teams to deploy necessary resources
Monitor inspection and testing schedules in off-site facilities
Review and distribute test results to mitigate risks and avoid rework
Communicate with management, field staff, and clients regarding inspection and testing
Maintain and upload quality records to the EDMS system
Ensure technicians are certified and equipment is calibrated
Manage daily operations of off-site materials inspection and testing
