Bachelor's + 4 years power plant experience; or Associate's + 6 years power plant experience; or high school diploma/GED + 8 years power plant experience

Ability to perform medium physical work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Supervise, plan, organize, and control material handling activities, including material handling and mobile equipment operation and maintenance activities
Ensure all work is performed in a safe, efficient, and economical manner, including compliance with all environmental and safety regulations and/or company policies
Develop and maintain two-way communications between employees and management
Provide leadership and manage change by development of a culture that promotes/supports teamwork
Supervise material handling and coal yard activities in compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and applicable state and national codes
Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations
Assist in long & short range planning for maintenance and capital improvements
Provide support to other plant departments as needed, including outages and emergency situations
