  • Experience with powered industrial trucks (reach truck, order picker) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all warehouse activities
  • Actively participate in the Practical Improvement Program (PPI) and 5S methodologies to drive process optimization
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as counterbalance and reach trucks
  • Use in-house software systems for daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks
  • Maintain accurate regulatory records to ensure GMP compliance and traceability
  • Conduct in-process checks to maintain quality standards
  • Operate and maintain mechanical equipment efficiently
  • Perform all tasks safely and efficiently, following safety protocols
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse
  • Adapt to changes in processes or procedures within a continuous improvement environment
  • Handle all aspects of material management including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders within tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate directly with team members, other departments (quality, planning, operations), and manager
