Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 600 lbs skids
Operate Lift Truck and Hand Truck
Stand for sustained periods, approximately 8 hours a day
Fundamental English communication abilities, both written and spoken (Non-Negotiable)
Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal English communications (Non-Negotiable)
Capable of performing basic math calculations (Non-Negotiable)

Responsibilities

Process outbound and in-bound shipments with precision
Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements strictly
Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all company policies
Apply different shipping systems for dispatching shipments
Meet departmental/site goals by successfully implementing daily tasks
Prioritize workflow and determine progress of order fulfillment
Collaborate efficiently with coworkers to achieve team and company metrics
Support Quality Objectives by reporting corrective/preventative actions
Perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures and Quality System requirements
Operate machinery safely and report any malfunctions immediately
Continuously assess and ensure the safety and ergonomic correctness of the workplace
Report property damage or safety hazards promptly
Perform other duties as required
