Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in all functions of material handling, along with excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with PLM and ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Material Handler will inspect incoming deliveries for damage and unsafe conditions, perform receipt functions including verifying accuracy and matching deliveries to purchase orders, maintain the receiving area, perform material picking operations, label and package incoming material, run daily cycle counts, prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international destinations, liaise with internal functions regarding material receipt and dispatch, and follow Ultima Genomics safety policies and procedures. They will also perform other duties as assigned.
