Requirements

  • 1+ year of manufacturing or material handling experience
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain (recertification provided onsite)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts and weekends as needed
  • High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Operate bulk material handling systems for hopper car unloading, silo transfers, and blender feeds
  • Move raw materials to presses, grinders, and blenders as scheduled
  • Load and unload tier sheets into robot cells
  • Prevent material mixing or contamination by verifying proper lines and blend ratios
  • Collect and label samples for inspection and calculate blend ratios when needed
  • Sort and regrind scrap materials for reuse
  • Change filters on material hoppers and conveyance systems as assigned
  • Operate crane and forklift equipment to move heavy loads
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S standards)
