Pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as an LMHC (provisionally licensed clinician in Massachusetts)
Must live and be seeking licensure in Massachusetts (where services are provided)
Reside within 45 minutes of the office location in Leominster, MA
Ability to work in the office for the probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)
Full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety (required)
Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred)
Behavioral health generalist (open to seeing couples/children, with support)
Strong character: integrity, openness, commitment to quality care
Flexibility in work schedule
25+ hours of availability per week for $7,500 ramp stipend eligibility

Responsibilities

Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
Deliver exceptional mental health care, including treating depression and anxiety
Conduct intakes and diagnose according to DSM-5 (preferred experience)
See clients (25+ visits per week for full-time)
Participate in administrative time, including supervisory meetings
Build and manage caseload (with company support for no-shows and build within 90 days)
Engage in monthly peer consultations and professional development
Leverage autonomy while being part of a team
