The role is in Leominster, MA, requiring candidates to reside within 45 minutes of the office, with in-office work during the probationary period followed by a hybrid model of 50% in office and 50% remote, including a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.
Candidates must be pursuing Massachusetts LMHC licensure, be graduates of an approved 60-credit hour program, have graduate or post-graduate work experience treating depression and anxiety in a counseling setting, and preferably experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per DSM-5 under supervision. Full-time availability (30 hours/week including 25+ client visits), flexibility, and strong character with integrity are also required.
