Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Able to provide a School/University MOA and an Endorsement Letter

Provide support to Master Data Analysts and Specialists in daily transaction processing activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Handle assigned operational and clerical duties to assist in maintaining data integrity and smooth workflow
Prepare master data extractions needed by various business stakeholders
Consolidate, request approval for, release, and archive monthly reports for Master Data
Perform global IDoc extractions, assign tasks, and monitor their status
Handle ServiceNow (SNOW) assignments and monitor progress
Participate in the bi-annual review of users with administrative access in the Certification system
Review software version control records as part of regular audits
Conduct quarterly controls to validate that no changes have been made to DAM Rules in the Certification system
