Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five or more years of experience in SAP ECC6.0 master data analysis used within QM, PM, PP-PI, MM & WM modules
Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry, adhering to regulations and guidelines in database management
A minimum of 5 relevant years in the pharmaceutical field
Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
Good skills in data administration, design, and architecture
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Master IT software skills, including Mass ECC Key transactions like LSMW and MM17

Responsibilities

Lead in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure integrity and consistency across financial systems
Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and application operations with all requirements
Define a “Convention naming” in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and SAP experts for each master data within the SAP EC system
Define, design, and build dimensional databases tailored to business needs
Assist in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication
Conduct data cleaning to eliminate old, unused, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access
Provide data consulting in support of users to ensure master data integrity in key systems
Identify areas for data quality improvements and resolve data quality problems through error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
Support audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
Define, establish, and track critical metrics within the system for each master data
Ensure multi-departmental cohesion
Communicate effectively with team members, Subject Matter Experts, users, and management
