Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, social media, content syndication, webinars)
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to create and optimize campaigns aligned with GTM plans, target audience needs, and revenue objectives
  • Contribute to market research to identify customer pain points and competitive differentiators, incorporating insights into strategies
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics
  • Coordinate with creative designers and build content (landing pages, emails, ads, promotional content)
  • Test and refine campaign elements (messaging, targeting, delivery methods) to optimize ROI
  • Work closely with multiple marketing managers to ensure alignment on strategies, deliverables, and GTM plans
  • Partner with sales to facilitate lead handoff, track progress, and gather feedback on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with product leadership to develop messaging and collateral showcasing product benefits
  • Serve as key point of contact for cross-departmental coordination on integrated campaigns
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth, ROI)
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools to monitor lead flow and campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare and present performance reports to marketing leadership with optimization recommendations
  • Coordinate affiliate marketing (program structure, partner recruitment, performance tracking, commission optimization)
  • Identify, vet, and activate influencers across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, blogs) aligned with brand and audience
  • Coordinate recruiting high-potential affiliates and influencers through outreach, networking, events, social platforms, and referrals
