Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) business, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (more experience welcome due to short-term nature)
  • Proven expertise in digital and performance marketing, with hands-on experience across channels such as paid social, search, display, and CRM
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns for growth
  • Collaborative and proactive, able to work cross-functionally with global and local teams
  • Available for a fixed-term or paternity cover contract, ready to make an immediate impact
  • Permission to work in the UK, NL, or France
