Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with sales proximity or agency background
  • Solid knowledge of product communication, understanding of digital marketing, sales enablement, and experience with go-to-market processes
  • Proficient in PowerPoint – builds compelling pitch decks, thinks in storylines, and brings a good visual sense
  • Structured, quick understanding, and genuine ownership
  • Native-level German and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted measures to support sales lines, with the goal of generating new leads and activating existing customers
  • Ensure that solutions arrive with a clear story, convincing arguments, and appropriate materials, from the first pitch to long-term collaboration
  • Control content and channels – from sales presentations to landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks
  • Manage many threads: creative briefs, agency management, internal consultations, and project plans
  • Be the bridge between sales, product, creative, and channel – and ensure that everyone works towards a common goal
