Responsibilities

  • Support product launches, trade shows, and the salesforce for Sports Medicine Surgeon customers
  • Participate in commercialization activities, including developing campaigns, messaging, and positioning
  • Gain field experience with sales members and US surgeons
  • Gather customer insights to create and validate statements, campaigns, and commercial models
  • Learn and practice the Big Picture Marketing framework to structure marketing activities
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic insights and data
  • Champion gathering relevant market information to drive data-based decision making
  • Conduct secondary market research to form a fact-based marketing framework for Product Management & Leadership team
  • Serve as a contributing member of the Marketing team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values
  • Complete projects in medical education, marketing/operations, brand management, and portfolio management
