  • In 2nd year of a four-year degree requiring (or with option for) 3rd year industrial placement, expected to achieve minimum 2:1 grade
  • Self-motivation to work independently, confident in resourcefulness, aware when to ask for help
  • Good time management and organisational skills, structured approach
  • Adaptable to new/evolving requirements, comfortable under tight timescales
  • Prepared to travel when necessary
  • Show creativity in approaching projects
  • Basic experience of video production and/or Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop)
  • Exceptional written, visual, and oral communication skills; comfortable talking to all seniority levels
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day marketing programs and projects
  • Apply creativity to enhance marketing campaigns
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns alongside direct/channel marketing experts
  • Create digital banners, internal logos, posters, slide decks, and newsletters to promote events, projects, company strategy, and initiatives to employees
  • Assist delivery and audience acquisition for face-to-face and virtual events for customers and partners
  • Manage deal pipeline lead management and sales-related activities
  • Develop professional and technical skills
  • Gain exposure to senior leadership and collaborate across the organization
  • Handle project management
  • Review, edit, and create campaign/communications content including video
  • Learn to become brand-savvy with good market awareness
