Job Description: Marketing Intern (Content Marketing Focus)

Position Overview

Slasify is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Intern with a keen interest in brand communication, content marketing, and global trends. This role will focus on expanding our influence within the China market. You will be directly involved in writing, planning, and publishing content for platforms such as LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, and Zhihu, learning how to drive B2B customer awareness, conversion, and retention through content.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing content for HR professionals and business decision-makers, including industry insights articles, brand stories, customer case studies, FAQs, Xiaohongshu posts, and short video scripts.
  • Support the content planning process, including research, ideation, topic development, and editorial scheduling.
  • Assist in the daily operation of content publishing platforms (WeChat Official Account, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, etc.).
  • Provide content support for marketing activities such as Webinars, Workshops, and HR community collaborations.
  • Assist the team in competitor content analysis and performance tracking.
  • Provide other support related to content marketing.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Languages, or Business.
  • Passion for content creation with strong Chinese copywriting skills. English proficiency is required for work communication.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, and LinkedIn. Experience in operation or content creation on these platforms is a plus.
  • High level of self-motivation and responsibility, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong interest in topics such as Human Resources, remote work, cross-border employment, and globalization.
