Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail are essential, along with a strong work ethic, presentation development skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and proficiency in using websites, video, and digital media as communication channels. A creative mindset with natural curiosity and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and a passion for excellence are also required. Bonus points for experience with video editing, social media content creation, or an interest in the automotive or tech industry.

Responsibilities

The Communications Intern will support the communications team by developing and editing content for various channels, including media and social media. They will assist with media monitoring and tracking, update media lists, awards trackers, and event calendars. Responsibilities include brainstorming and creating social media and short-form video content, researching industry events and award opportunities, and supporting the communications team with event preparation, coverage, and recaps. The intern will also collaborate with internal teams to share external wins across employee engagement channels.
