Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Department by working on two leading brands in oral healthcare
Follow content/promotional material creation & approval process in coordination with Medical Lead, Regulatory and 3rd party agencies
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints – including digital, in-store, influencer
Play an active role in communication with 3rd party vendors including creative agencies
Assist in cross-functional team meetings, coordinate meeting minutes and follow-up actions with related stakeholders
Contribute to the creation of digital assets for experts: email campaigns, and contents for social media & portal
Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
