Responsibilities

  • Leads marketing support to non-hub Markets in alignment with national marketing objectives
  • Develops plays and leads execution of local marketing activity requiring on-site support (Sales Meetings, customer events, product trainings, vendor/broker activities)
  • Works with AMM, VP Merchandising & Marketing, and local VP of Sales to execute annual marketing plan and strategies
  • Executes local marketing communications and events in conjunction with Area Marketing Manager
  • Develops tactics at non-hub markets aligning with center and area initiatives
  • Supports Area Marketing Manager in day-to-day needs
  • Helps design, create, and execute marketing plays; manages spend on events, meetings, sponsorships, and incentives
  • Oversees marketing and sales activities by organizing/expediting objectives, presentations, meetings; disseminates Market-specific information
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (VP Sales, Specialists, Chefs, Merchandising) to deliver strategies for brand awareness and market share
  • Crafts marketing deliverables and oversees distribution of materials
  • Oversees local market activities including meetings, department activities, conferences
  • Understands local market trends and consumer behavior to strengthen campaign execution
  • Acts as primary communicator between non-hub and hub markets
  • Manages brand guidelines for consistency
  • Corresponds with vendors/brokers for compliance, processes, branding, and seller training
  • Interacts with customers/vendors on local activities (planning, onsite execution, post-event)
  • Finds opportunities to leverage social media and digital platforms for local market expansion
