Responsibilities

  • Shape and refine messaging across all channels to clearly communicate Amae’s value, drive engagement, and support growth; ensure consistent brand voice and visuals across web, print, and digital platforms
  • Lead the creation of polished, on-brand marketing assets including sales decks, articles, case studies, social content, email templates, and more to engage target audiences and maintain visual consistency
  • Develop patient-facing campaigns and materials (ads, guides, referral resources, educational content) that make Amae’s services approachable and trustworthy, reduce barriers to care, and increase patient conversion and retention
  • Partner with growth and community liaison teams to develop compelling collateral for payors, employers, health systems, and providers; translate complex clinical and economic value into clear, visually engaging materials to strengthen partnerships and support contract discussions
  • Work cross-functionally to align messaging and design across all touch points, ensuring a unified and high-quality brand experience for patients, providers, and partners
  • Monitor campaign performance and asset utilization
