  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to consulting, innovation, or ecosystem-building sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events
  • Project Management skills and experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Notion, etc
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with experience crafting content for diverse audiences
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and high-level stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing marketing activities (inferred from context)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for CIC’s innovation ecosystem projects, including new market entries and consulting engagements
  • Build integrated campaigns combining digital and offline advertising, email marketing, social media, PR, events, and grassroots outreach
  • Partner with project leads to shape messaging, positioning, and storytelling for diverse audiences
  • Produce and oversee the creation of marketing materials - web content, landing pages, case studies, decks, videos, and collateral — tailored to each initiative
  • Lead event marketing efforts, from thought leadership panels to large-scale launches, ensuring strong attendance and high-quality brand experience
  • Manage vendor relationships, including design, PR, and media agencies
  • Track and report on marketing performance, optimizing tactics based on data and feedback
  • Support PR and media relations, including identifying speaking opportunities, coordinating interviews, and drafting press releases
  • Serve as a bridge between CIC’s marketing, sales, and innovation ecosystem teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing
