Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Research Project Management within the Language Services sector, with demonstrable line management responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in linguistics, business, or other related fields
  • Expertise in Market Research Translation Services, with advanced project management skills across qualitative and quantitative services; thorough knowledge of tracker project practices is essential
  • In-depth understanding of the Market Research online survey lifecycle, with experience collaborating with programmers on overlay and link checking tasks
  • Familiarity with Market Research tools such as ConfirmIt and Decipher platforms
  • Advanced skills in client relationship management
  • Proficiency in English required; additional languages are beneficial
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail to maintain quality standards
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills relevant to Market Research projects, including handling non-standard requirements
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and use own initiative
  • Demonstrated advanced IT proficiency
  • Advanced TMS and CAT tools user, particularly for Market Research tracker studies; familiarity with XTRF, memoQ, or similar systems is required
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Project Management team and oversees a team of Project Managers to ensure that Market Research translation and localization projects are delivered in alignment with IQVIA’s standards and client specifications
  • Oversees daily management and provides guidance to a team comprising of Junior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers
  • Manages the recruitment and selection process for new team members
  • Ensures both team and individual compliance with relevant IQVIA procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitors adherence to the Quality Management System
  • Develops and reviews CAPA plans as necessary in response to issues
  • Organizes assignment and allocation of translation projects among Project Managers, triages client requests, and aligns resources accordingly
  • Serves as the primary escalation contact for internal and external clients, managing their requirements as needed
  • Supports implementation of new services and processes within the team, in collaboration with the Market Research SME team
  • Assists Senior Project Managers in client account management and onboarding activities
  • Monitors team performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets are not met
  • Coordinates training and development activities for the Market Research project management team, in collaboration with Senior Project Managers and Market Research SME team
