Candidates should possess a Master's degree in fields such as business administration, marketing, psychology, economics, health economics, or health sciences from a top business or research school, and a minimum of three years of experience in market research or a related role. They should demonstrate deep knowledge of the Finnish healthcare landscape, strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills, and well-developed written and verbal communication skills in both English and Finnish.
As a Market Insights Consultant, you will conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research among healthcare providers and other stakeholders, perform in-depth interviews, analyze and present results, and support clients with their next steps. You will build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, work collaboratively within a team to create reports and presentations, and actively participate in projects to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery. Furthermore, you are expected to support the review and analysis of client requirements, assist in the development of proposals, proactively broaden your knowledge of consulting methodologies, and contribute to client satisfaction.
