Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft or Google workplace tools, particularly spreadsheets and data entry
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Windows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in formal / business settings
  • A perfectionist when it comes to creating projects and artwork
  • Experience in a technical support role strongly preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Logitech's products and software is helpful but not required
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar software
  • Experience in the customer support or services field
  • Familiarity with common needs and practices and common software tools of larger enterprise companies

Responsibilities

  • Use Adobe Illustrator and similar tools to create customized, highly-detailed office maps and floor plans per enterprise customer requirements
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Support & Services teams to process map creation requests
  • Fix or update maps as needed by customers
  • Use project management software such as Asana and Jira to organize requests
  • Assist with a variety of projects and administrative tasks related to the Support & Services team
  • Be part of a team working to meet important business customer needs
  • Contribute to related projects and tasks within the department as needed
