Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience (associate degree or equivalent highly preferred)
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant technical/vocational experience
  • Johnson and Johnson electrical safety certification
  • Ability to complete Ramsay Mechanical Proficiency Test
  • Ability to prioritize projects, tasks, and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient social skills, both written and verbal
  • Shift lead experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Advanced level qualification on designated generation line

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for performance of designated generation line to meet safety, quality, and production targets
  • Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing lines not meeting production targets and provide mentorship on improving line performance
  • Coordinate and provide line management coaching and technical skill development for the team
  • Develop and present training material based on generation needs
  • Coordinate safety, quality, and production issues as needed
  • Attend meetings to report production issues or results
  • Provide support for multi-functional teams to develop equipment and/or process improvements to improve efficiency, product yield, and equipment reliability
  • Act as an advocate for continuous process and technology improvement while working closely with functional group teams to solve equipment and process issues
  • Work with Manufacturing Supervisors to assign line assignments every shift
  • May cover the role of a technician and meet their requirements
