Requirements

2+ years of project management experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Strong engineering and new product introduction (NPI) concepts
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Good English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Microsoft Project and Power BI

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate across departments during new product introduction (NPI):
a. Daily progress tracking and management of NPI processes
b. Organize regular NPI review meetings, follow up, and drive projects to completion on time
c. Serve as customer contact, providing periodic project updates
d. Identify risks, track key issues, coordinate resources, control and report problems; manage timelines, costs, quality targets, and project budgets
Collect and analyze indirect material data in the factory:
a. Gather and analyze usage of indirect materials on production lines
b. Collaborate with production team to identify cost-reduction projects for indirect materials
Handle service order quotations:
a. Communicate with customers on service orders to clarify requirements
b. Assist internal factory team with quotation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
