Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Strong engineering and new product introduction (NPI) concepts
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Microsoft Project and Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate across departments during new product introduction (NPI):
  • a. Daily progress tracking and management of NPI processes
  • b. Organize regular NPI review meetings, follow up, and drive projects to completion on time
  • c. Serve as customer contact, providing periodic project updates
  • d. Identify risks, track key issues, coordinate resources, control and report problems; manage timelines, costs, quality targets, and project budgets
  • Collect and analyze indirect material data in the factory:
  • a. Gather and analyze usage of indirect materials on production lines
  • b. Collaborate with production team to identify cost-reduction projects for indirect materials
  • Handle service order quotations:
  • a. Communicate with customers on service orders to clarify requirements
  • b. Assist internal factory team with quotation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
