5 GCSEs including Maths & English Language & Science/Technology at Grade 9-4
British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship
Able to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks

Responsibilities

Participate in a 4-year Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship, studying 1 day per week (at MK College for Stevenage or Wigan & Leigh College for Bolton)
Complete initial training in Manufacturing Operations Training Facility (Bolton, first year) or blend of onsite/offsite placements (Stevenage)
Gain hands-on experience in placements such as Printed Electrical Circuit Manufacturing, Clean Room Assembly Processes, Cable Manufacturing, Missile Assembly, Integration and Test, Calibration & Maintenance
Work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (majority hands-on, early starts from 7am, shift patterns in Bolton)
Contribute to assembly, integration, and test of products, working with engineers to deliver to customers and maintain build integrity
