A deep understanding of the CD and Vinyl manufacturing process, from cutting lacquers through production and delivery of finished goods

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain transparent production schedule, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to and timely delivery of all Orchard manufactured product to warehousing and fulfillment partners
Coordinate with brokers, manufacturers and other suppliers to fulfill all mastering, replication and print requirements
Collaborate with internal teams including Solutions Managers and Relationship Managers, as well as Orchard clients and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects
Ensure production is cost-effective and meets budgetary targets; coordinate quotes and negotiate costs for all Orchard manufacturing
Oversee the approval of test pressings and design work, including artwork and packaging proofs, and monitor production processes to ensure quality standards of finished product delivery
Troubleshoot any issues or concerns from clients and work with suppliers with a solution-focused mindset to create positive outcomes
Manage and archive all audio and artwork assets
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and execution
Advise and remind internal and external stakeholders on manufacturing best practices; be a constant and reliable source of knowledge
