Requirements

  • Master's degree in mechanics, automation, robotics, industrial engineering or similar
  • Well-developed skills in understanding technical documentation (pneumatics, electrical, mechanical)
  • Communicative Polish language
  • Communicative English knowledge
  • 3–5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with CNC machines, conveyors, robotics, or other industry-specific machinery
  • Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Experience and knowledge in corrective, preventive, and predictive equipment maintenance
  • Experience in maintenance processes optimization projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
  • Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime and extend machine life
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to upgrade or retrofit existing equipment for improved efficiency
  • Provide on-the-ground technical support to maintenance technicians and production teams
  • Lead root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and develop corrective action plans
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments for machines and maintenance procedures
  • Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required
