Requirements

Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts (6:00pm-6:30am), including the example schedule: Week 1 (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun), Week 2 (Wed, Thu), Week 3 (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun), with every other weekend off
Entry-level position; no prior experience specified, but willingness to learn plant procedures, policies, and basics of assigned dryer
Ability to visually inspect equipment and monitor drying parameters for quality maintenance
Capability to operate Dryer and CIP (Clean in Place) Systems
Readiness to assist dryer technicians and specialists with more complex systems

Responsibilities

Operate dryer equipment to convert liquid product into dried powder forms, primarily infant formula
Monitor drying parameters using equipment and visually inspect equipment to ensure efficient operations and maintain quality
Perform cleaning of equipment using the CIP (Clean in Place) system
Learn plant procedures and policies to become familiar with assigned dryer operations
Assist dryer technicians and specialists with more complex systems to facilitate personal development
