Contribute to assembly, test, paint, engine finish, logistics, and maintenance processes
Collaborate with teams in Caterpillar facilities worldwide
Bring fresh, innovative ideas to solve complex technical problems
Take responsibility and accountability for key project deliverables as a fully involved team member
