Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Participate in the identification and implementation of process optimization initiatives
  • Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality
  • Utilize statistical tools and software to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Support engineering projects aimed at improving manufacturing capabilities and reducing production costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to ensure project success
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and other technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Gain hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and technologies used in pharmaceutical production
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • Support quality assurance activities, including process validation, equipment qualification, and root cause analysis
  • Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
