Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering, or a related degree, and a minimum of two years of relevant engineering experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineer III will independently solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions, execute detailed root cause analysis, communicate solutions cross-functionally, and suggest independent recommendations for project approach. They will support production by creating and maintaining documentation, monitoring performance, identifying improvement activities, designing fixtures, performing equipment qualifications, testing processes and equipment, and developing specifications. Additionally, they will coordinate with suppliers, plan and schedule projects, train personnel, and adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System and relevant regulations.
