More than 5 years welding process working experiences (robot welding preferred)
Secondary technical school or above (中专及以上学历)
Strong learning ability
Strong drawing reading ability
Basic computer skills and basic office software skills
Basic English reading skills

Responsibilities

Assist manufacturing engineer with welding process development review and validation for new products
Assist manufacturing engineer with welding fixture debugging for new products
Assist manufacturing engineer with execution of continuous improvement for on-site welding processes
Independently develop simple welding processes
Assist with pilot production of new product welding
Handle on-site issues, investigation, and preliminary root cause analysis
Familiarize with product drawings and standard work instructions
Support manufacturing engineer in solving quality issues, quick response to production line problems, data collection, and updating standard work
Procure indirect materials for welding; finalize specifications for welding tools and equipment and execute procurement
Implement engineering change notices (ECN) in cab production: update standard work, optimize processes, and train welders
Collect and implement continuous improvements
Assist engineer with on-site layout improvements
Conduct on-site time measurements, including annual time studies
Support new product introduction (NPI): preparation, provide historical data for fixture design, participate in design reviews and pre-acceptance, assist with fixture/equipment installation and debugging, record issues
Maintain welding center robot procedures
