Skills in manufacturing processes, including operating, maintaining, and cleaning automated equipment
Ability to maintain accurate records and data
Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to operate essential material handling equipment (e.g., clamp truck, forklift, hand trucks)
Physical ability to use basic hand and power tools
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping (or 45 pounds to at least 5 feet 6 inches, 10-20 times in a 12-hour shift)
Physical ability to climb, stand, and move on stairs, ladders, and platforms; twist, turn, and bend
Physical ability to enter confined spaces
Physical ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods (e.g., stand and walk for 12 hours with only ~10 minutes sedentary each hour)
Fine dexterity to cut and use hand tools
Horizontal reaching ability of 3 feet from a standing position
