Requirements

3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments
Work well within and across teams to get things accomplished
Possess sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects

Responsibilities

Provide oversight for multiple Workday Finance projects across the practice
Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery
Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work
Support orals
Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project
Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday Financials solution
Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team, and your Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project
Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer
Display hands-on expertise of the software, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security
Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments
