Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments
  • Work well within and across teams to get things accomplished
  • Possess sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight for multiple Workday Finance projects across the practice
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery
  • Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work
  • Support orals
  • Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project
  • Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday Financials solution
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team, and your Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project
  • Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer
  • Display hands-on expertise of the software, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security
  • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments
